Short answer: choose the Rocoren 100W six-port charger when you want to charge several phones, tablets and accessories from one desktop unit. Choose the Baseus GaN3 Pro 100W when one of those devices is a USB-C laptop that can use close to 100W. The number printed on the case does not tell the whole story: port-level output and power sharing matter more.

Rocoren 100W six-port desktop charger with three USB-C and three USB-A ports
The Rocoren unit offers six outputs, but its official port table assigns 30W to USB-C1, 20W to USB-C2 and USB-C3, and 10W to each USB-A port when all six are active.

The key difference: “100W total” is not “100W from one port”

Rocoren’s official specification page describes the six-port model as a 100W desktop charger. Its detailed allocation explains where that power goes. USB-C1 is listed at up to 30W, USB-C2 and USB-C3 at up to 20W each, while every USB-A port is listed at 5V/2A. With all ports active, the advertised split totals 100W.

That is useful for a family desk, nightstand or charging shelf with several modest devices. It is not the same as sending 100W to a MacBook or another high-power USB-C laptop through one cable.

Baseus lists either USB-C port on the GaN3 Pro desktop charger at up to 100W when the other ports are idle. Two USB-C devices are listed at 65W + 30W, while an all-port setup becomes 60W + 20W + 15W shared across USB-A. The Baseus therefore gives up two physical ports but offers much more power to a single laptop.

Rocoren 100W six-port charger: who should buy it?

The Rocoren is the more flexible low-to-medium-power hub. Three USB-C and three USB-A ports make it easier to connect older cables without adapters. It is also much lighter on the manufacturer’s figures.

Choose Rocoren if:

  • You regularly charge four to six small devices at the same desk.
  • Your fastest device needs 30W or less.
  • You still use several USB-A cables.
  • Port count matters more than maximum laptop speed.

Skip it if: you expect the “100W” label to mean 100W from USB-C1. A laptop may still charge at 30W if it supports the listed protocol, but the experience will be very different from a true 100W single-port charger.

Baseus GaN3 Pro 100W: better for a laptop

Baseus 100W four-port GaN desktop charger AliExpress listing image
The AliExpress listing image shows an EU plug. US shoppers should select and verify the US version before ordering.

The Baseus has four ports rather than six, but its power table is better suited to a laptop-centered desk. A single compatible USB-C device can receive up to 100W, and two USB-C devices can share 65W + 30W.

Choose Baseus if:

  • You want one desktop charger for a USB-C laptop and phone.
  • Your laptop benefits from more than 30W.
  • You prefer two stronger USB-C ports to six total outputs.
  • The selected bundle includes the cable you need.

Baseus notes that connecting additional devices can cause brief renegotiation while the charger redistributes power. That behavior is worth expecting on a shared multi-port charger and is not the same as every port continuously delivering its headline maximum.

The AliExpress Affiliate API returned the pictured Baseus listing at $39.94 for US/USD on September 20, 2026, with 498 recent sales and a 96.7% evaluation rate. This is source data, not a guaranteed checkout price or independent quality score.

Need AC outlets too? Consider the Baseus 67W power strip

Baseus 67W GaN desktop power strip with three AC outlets, two USB-C ports and one USB-A port
This version combines three AC outlets with two USB-C ports and one USB-A port. Confirm the plug type because the pictured version may not match a US outlet.

The Baseus 67W 6-in-1 is a different product category. It combines three AC outlets with two USB-C ports and one USB-A port. It makes sense when the goal is to tidy a desk that still needs monitor, lamp or other AC connections—not when maximum USB-C output is the only priority.

The AliExpress Affiliate API recorded the selected listing at $47.26 on September 20, 2026. Dispatch country and delivery estimate were not reported by the API, so verify them at checkout.

Which charger wins?

  • Best for many phones and accessories: Rocoren 100W six-port.
  • Best for a USB-C laptop: Baseus GaN3 Pro 100W.
  • Best for USB plus AC outlets: Baseus 67W 6-in-1 power strip.
  • Best value: depends on the selected plug, current delivered price and which cables are included—not the crossed-out price.

For most laptop owners, the Baseus 100W is the more logical buy. For a charging shelf full of phones, earbuds, watches and tablets, the Rocoren uses its six ports more effectively. Neither is automatically better for every setup.

Five checks before buying a GaN charger on AliExpress

  1. Select the exact plug. Product galleries often mix US, EU, UK and KR versions. The picture may not match the selected option.
  2. Read the port table. Look for single-port and multi-port distributions rather than trusting the largest number in the title.
  3. Check the cable. A 100W charger needs a compatible USB-C cable and a device that accepts the relevant USB Power Delivery profile.
  4. Verify delivery. Recheck the ship-from location, delivery estimate and final charges for your US address.
  5. Compare the final total. Coupons, coins and taxes can change which listing is actually cheaper.

Frequently asked questions

Can the Rocoren six-port charger charge a 100W laptop at 100W?

No, not according to Rocoren’s official port table for this 3C+3A model. USB-C1 is listed at up to 30W. The 100W figure describes the combined six-port allocation.

Can the Baseus deliver 100W while all four ports are in use?

No. Baseus lists 100W for one USB-C port when the others are idle. With all four ports active, the listed split is 60W + 20W + 15W shared by the USB-A pair.

Is more ports always better?

No. More ports help when devices have modest power needs. A laptop user may get better results from fewer ports with a stronger single USB-C output.

Will either charger fast-charge every phone?

No universal promise is possible. The phone, charger port, cable and supported protocol must all match. Check your device manufacturer’s charging specification.

Are the AliExpress prices final?

No. Variant selection, shipping, taxes, coupons, coins and account eligibility can change the checkout total.
