AliexpressThe KAWA MINI 3 Gen 2 is a compact dash cam for drivers who want 2K 1296p recording without a large display mounted on the windshield. Its feature set includes WDR, colorful night vision, loop recording, G-sensor emergency clips, built-in WiFi, and app control. The selected listing is identified as the voice-control version, but buyers should confirm that detail, the memory-card option, and parking-power accessories before ordering.
Key features
- 2K 1296p video recording for everyday driving footage.
- WDR and colorful night vision features for changing light conditions.
- Loop recording to manage storage as the card fills.
- G-sensor emergency clips for impact-related recordings.
- Built-in WiFi and app control for viewing or transferring files.
- Optional voice control, depending on the selected version.
- Supercapacitor design shown in the product materials.
Using the camera
The MINI 3 has no large review screen, so routine playback and file transfers are primarily handled through the companion app or exported files. The supplied product information describes WiFi transmission as limited in distance and recommends using it within about 1.5 meters for a more stable connection. This makes the camera suitable for checking clips near the vehicle, rather than for long-range wireless access.
Voice control can provide hands-free access to supported commands, such as saving a current picture or recording an emergency video. Because the listing distinguishes the voice-control version, confirm the exact variant rather than assuming every MINI 3 package includes this function.

Practical limitations
The standard driving cable alone should not be treated as a complete solution for continuous parking monitoring. The supplied materials indicate that parking monitoring and time-lapse recording require a separately purchased hardwire kit or another compatible power arrangement. Parking operation may therefore depend on the vehicle, installation, and selected accessories. The camera's small form factor also means there is no large built-in screen for immediate playback.
Buying checks
- Confirm the listing says MINI 3 Gen 2 and includes the voice-control version if required.
- Check whether a Class 10 or better microSD card is included; the official information says one is required.
- Verify whether the selected package includes the car charger, card, or parking-power accessory.
- Confirm hardwire-kit compatibility before planning 24-hour parking monitoring.
- Review shipping origin and checkout delivery details for the selected US destination.
