Connections and included kit
Each computer needs two independent HDMI display outputs and one USB connection to the KVM. The selected-kit description lists four 1.5 m HDMI cables, two 1.5 m USB-A cables, a 1.5 m wired desktop controller and a DC power adapter with interchangeable UK, US and EU plug heads. The power adapter must be connected for operation. Monitor-output cables may still be required, so check the cable layout at your desk before ordering.
Important limitations
This is not a USB-C laptop docking station and cannot create two independent displays from a computer that does not support them. It does not provide keyboard hotkey switching. The listing artwork states that it does not switch automatically when powered on. Do not assume EDID emulation, seamless window persistence, charging, HDR support or 8K output from this 4K model.
